EXPERIENCE: Lead photographer, Dale Christopher Lang has over 30 years of experience in the field as well as graduate degrees in architecture and education. He trained using large (4x5) format equipment while working with the design department for an international engineering-architectural firm in the Los Angeles area. He won several competition awards and has been published in multiple professional design magazines. Dr. Lang acquired a (now primitive) digital camera in the early 90s to familiarize himself with its new graphic capabilities.

SERVICES: Regardless of the format chosen, quality photographic images demand a skill and experience of professionals with unique, artistic vision. Today Northwest Architectural Photography offers full professional services in both traditional and digital formats depending on your unique marketing needs and output format required. We travel internationally and offer a full range of services with committed quotes and fast turn around. Comprehensive proposals with complete quotations are available prior to commencement of work. We have adequate resources to accomplish most shoots but also have assistants and equipment available from a variety of sources. Often our clients accompany us on our shoots.

DIGITAL ADVANTAGE: Photographs taken with our digital equipment have a quick turn around and typically yield 300 dpi resolution, ranging from 18 to 50 megabyte size, appropriate for publication requirements. Image formats are .tif and .jpg RGB files. Digital files may be used for a variety of applications including PowerPoint presentations, web sites, magazine publications and may be enlarged to 11x 17 or larger with no visible degradation.
